I have about 30gigs of music and videos on my xp aspire one. If I download kuki, will it just dump xp or will it let me choose which os I want to run from the boot screen? Also, will kuki support my .wma, and .wmv files and import them? Will it be able to recognize my zune and be able to add/remove files on my zune as well?

If you look at guides for installing kuki and also ubuntu (great way to get help is to look at ubuntu forum as well- just the windows manger is different from the default gnome and there is a flavor xubuntu that has xfce - kuki's windows manager) you will see that if you have a spare partition (or the installer can create one) kuki will install to that. It also install a program called grub that gives you a menu to allow you to boot to either XP or kuki. This is "daul booting".
I would guess that mplayer will play your wm files of most flavours. You can check as mplayer is available for windows.
The zune could be more problematic but generally support for these type of device is not as good as windows - you may for example see it only as a usb drive. Sorry i don't have specific knowledge of this.
