Greetings,
new to Kuki, installed on Dell 910 with infamous Broadcom 43xx driver and really like the simplicity; the only problem being the wireless card which has always been a problem. I've had the new STA driver working on a previous version of Ubuntu, but it was included with the build. Downloaded from the site and untarred, following the included documentation, but never get past the build commands, always get 'no such file or directory' errors. Is there anyone who may be able to walk me through this. Believe me, I've tried several online 'solutions' from the Ubuntu forums which apparantly worked for others.
Thanks!

First you need to know that kuki installs a custom kernel, this kernel is tailored for the Acer Aspire One, as thus you will be missing drivers in your Dell910.
Second, I can help you with building from source but I will need exact terminal output. I want to see evertything starting from the
./configure
,make
andmake install
(or an other procedure you may have used.)running Jollicloud and Kuki Linux 2.8 final on a AAO ZG5 120gb HD, 1gb ram (labeled by shop as AAO 150 Ab)Posted 1 year ago # -
I was wondering if there has been any further development on this post. I'm also struggling with the Broadcom BCM4312 device driver. I've installed Kuki onto another Acer One with the Atheros WI-FI card and it works a dream.
